Built from the crust as the foundation; we are meticulous in our dough-making process to ensure it has the ideal hold and texture. Next, we build the sauce. San Marzano tomatoes are considered the best in the world. They grow in the volcanic soil of Naples, in the shadow of Mount Vesuvius. In homage to our roots we use them for the house RED sauce.

Next, we add on the finishing toppings and cheeses. Everything is carefully selected and inspired by chefs to ensure a delicious result, that’s the Scoundrels way.
